Contact Us
Before you write
Whenever a reader is in difficulty with gambling, the contact form is not the place to start. Direct the message to the support channels that the operator has set aside for player welfare, because those routes are read by staff trained to respond to distress. For the same reason, a reader who wants to discuss self-exclusion or a cooling-off period should use the dedicated procedure for that request instead of the general form, so that the matter reaches the right desk on the first attempt.
Language and reading
The team behind this site reads and replies in English. Messages sent in other languages may still be received, but a reply will be slower and may require the reader to resend the point in English. Keep the message in plain English and state the question once, clearly, so that the reply can address it directly.
What never goes through the form
The form is a channel for general questions about the review and the rating process. It is not a secure channel. No financial details, no passwords, no PINs and no document scans belong in any message sent through it. A reader who has a dispute about a payment or an account should take that matter to the operator's own customer-service route, which is the place where account records are held and where verification can happen safely.
Sending sensitive material through the form risks exposing it to a system that is not built to protect it, and no responsible reviewer would ask for it. When a message does contain such material by mistake, the team will not act on it and will ask for the matter to be raised through the proper channel instead.
Where difficulty goes instead
For any reader who feels that gambling is becoming a problem, the responsible-gambling resources listed elsewhere on this site are the right destination. Those pages name organisations that offer free, confidential advice and practical tools for setting limits or taking a break. The contact form cannot provide that support, and no message sent through it should be treated as a request for help with gambling harm. A reader in that position should go straight to the help organisations and should not wait for a reply here.
